Our ultrafiltration water system removes contaminants from your drinking water while retaining beneficial minerals. Chemical contaminants, bacteria, and viruses cannot pass through the ultrafiltration (UF) membrane, and the activated carbon filters reduce chlorine taste and odor. Buder UF water system fits directly under your sink for convenient access.
The Benefits of Each Water Filter
Stage #1 (5M PP Filter)
Remove silt, rust, particle sediment, moss, jelly, and other impurities, particles down to 5 microns. Manufacturer recommended life span 3 months (depending on the water source, quality, and consumption).
Stage #2 CTO or Resin (Activated Carbon Filter/Coconut or Resin)
Remove limescale, odor, color, residual chlorine, and adsorb harmful chemicals in water. Manufacturer recommended life span 6 months (depending on the water source, quality, and consumption).
Stage #3 (1M PP Filter)
Remove dirt, rust, and sediment particles down to 1 micron. Manufacturer recommended life span 9 months (depending on the water source, quality, and consumption).
Stage #4 (0.1M PP UF Filter)
Ultra Filtration is a low pressure membrane process for water treatment. Remove any contaminants. Unlike reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration retains minerals in the water while filtering out bacteria, viruses, fecals and parasites. Manufacturer recommended life span 1 year (depending on the water source, quality, and consumption).
